Fortis Travel Junior uses e-mailscontaining personal data only for the purpose of fulfilling requests.

RESERVATION AND PROVISION OF SERVICES

Fortis Travel Juniorprovides personal dataonly to third parties, who fulfill the services ordered. These partnersensure the protection ofdata. Personal data can be forwarded to: accommodation facilities,intermediary travel agencies, airlines, bus carriers, restaurants, insurance companies, banks, and travel companions within and outside of the EU.

Fortis Travel Junior collects and processes personal data for various purposes, such as concluding contracts for the provision of agreed services, informing about the services, offers and productsfrom Fortis Travel Junior, and fulfilling legal obligations. Pursuant to the current regulations in the field of personal data protection,users’ have the right to:

Fortis Travel Junior Agency keeps personal data for a maximum of five years from the moment the contractual relationship betweena user and the Agency is terminated, unless a longer period of retention is specified by applicable national or European regulations. The Agency will not keep personal data longer than necessary and will process it exclusively for the purposes for which the said data is collected.
