Stary Bar it is one of the oldest Montenegrin towns, these are the ruins of a historic medieval, inhabited town surrounded by the walls. The town is positioned on a picturesque stony hill, about 4 km to the east from the today’s Bar. The town, completely constructed of stone, is entirely overgrown with a labyrinth of streets, and enables one to discover fascinating sites of unforgettable history. It is one of the most interesting and most willingly visited areas in this part of the Adriatic Sea.
